Step Up Against Domestic Abuse | MOMENTUM's fundraiser for Safe in Sussex
Our Challenge | 1st – 25th November 2026
As a team, complete 25 miles a day, for 25 days (that’s around 1.6 million steps!).
25 miles per day, 625 miles as a team in total.
This November, we’re stepping up as a team to support Safe in Sussex, a charity that helps women affected by domestic abuse across West Sussex through refuge accommodation, community support, education and awareness.
From 1 to 25 November, we’ll collectively walk 25 miles every day, aiming to complete an incredible 625 miles together over 25 days.
Every mile will help us raise funds, start conversations and shine a light on the vital work Safe in Sussex does to help women and families find safety, recover from abuse and build a future free from violence.
Our challenge culminates on 25 November, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. This day marks the start of the global 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence, which runs until 10 December, Human Rights Day.

Safe in Sussex works to eliminate domestic abuse across West Sussex and beyond through the provision of practical and emotional support, information and advice, and by raising awareness of domestic abuse and its prevalence across society.

Through our refuges and support in the community, we help women to recover from and be empowered to live a life free from abuse.
