No. We believe in flexibility. You can book us for one-off projects, ad-hoc help, or long-term retainers, whatever works best for you and your business.
All packages include quarterly time reporting, a built-in “buddy system” for holiday or sickness cover, and half-yearly strategy reviews. This ensures your support always aligns with your business needs.

Yes. If you’re facing a last-minute deadline or need cover for unexpected staff absence, we’ll step in quickly.
We’re experienced with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Xero, QuickBooks, Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Suite, Slack, Hubspot, Zoom, and many more. We’ll also happily learn your preferred systems.
Our standard hours are weekdays, but we can often accommodate urgent tasks outside office hours by arrangement.

Yes. We provide flexible Virtual PA support, including managing your schedule, handling calls and emails, preparing reports, booking travel, and ensuring your time is used as effectively as possible.

We take confidentiality seriously. All admin and PA support is delivered securely, in line with GDPR, and we are happy to sign NDAs to protect your business information.
